MCI Alleged Guiding Principles


1 Build Trust and Credibility (How does admitting to a willingness to participate in a criminal cover up build trust and credibility???)

2 Respect for the Individual (How is firing an employee for refusing to commit felonies respecting the individual???)

3 Create a Culture of Open and Honest Communications (I try to communicate objections to felonious activity and culture is to retaliate!)

4 Set Tone at the Top (Three different high ranking Verizon ethics and security officers admit to willingness to a criminal cover up!)

5 Uphold the law (Requiring employees to commit felonies as a condition of employement is NOT upholding the law!)

6 Avoid Conflicts of Interest (Holding stock in ethical companies when Verizon is so unethical is a conflict of interest!)

7 Set Metrics and Report Results Accurately (Defrauding stockholders by basing profits on stolen property is not reporting accurate results!)

8 Promote Substance Over Form (Form is allege ethics, substance is to practice retaliation!)

9 Be Loyal (Loyal to those willing to commit felonies!)

10 Do the Right Thing (Requiring employees to commit felonies as a condition of employment is NOT the right thing!)


That said, there is now a concentration on ethics and compliance at MCI as is seen at few other companies. While the company could perhaps survive a business failure, observes Higgins, "none of us could survive another ethics failure. So we have to act that way every day." The company must be a model of corporate governance and integrity, she asserts.

NC Bar Rule 3.3 requires that a lawyer correct court documents they know to be false. Thomas Farr has no business on a federal judgeship seat unless or until his law firm will abide by NC Bar Rule 3.3.

Voting for Thomas Farr without these court documents being corrected would bring tremendous embarrasment to the Republican party. I am pro life, pro family, pro laissez faire, but I draw the line at being pro corporate corruption. The Republican party needs to return to our roots of obeying the law.
